    By my reckoning option agreement relates to options to purchase the following number of shares:

    GRV Contributing Shares : 2,200,000 or 10% of total GRV shares excluding teh 5.1 M options;

    ECM : 6,150,000 or 15% of ECM Total Shares;

    ESMCA : 700,000 or 3% of ESMCA Shares;
