btw, if anyone is interested. I was watching an interview with Brandon Munroe over the weekend. He'd been speaking to DC asking about the rationale for the consolidation. It's basically a forward looking move:- Boss is looking towards the perception of the company at dividend time. It'll look much better for Boss if they report a dividend 8 times higher than it would have been with a penny stock.
