Shaw & Partners issued a buy on BOE a few days ago with a price target of 0.11, that's a decent forecast. I only got the headline via Desktopbroker news, not the whole recommendation because I'm not a member, but I think it would be safe to assume its a 12 month price target.
It was interesting too what @Zia mentioned on the other thread re Bank of America now having Uranium as its No2 thematic.
As others have commented it looks like things are warming up.
