Actually, I am not confused in the slightest, it is you that missed the point that I was making, your words:

Yes, it was before or after!!!
If you had used correct English, I might have answered differently.
Regardless, I still feel that existing shareholders and long term supporters of BOE, (i.e. I have been holding for over 20 years), should have been given better treatment, as we own the company, not the Sophisticated Investors who I think are more likely to take a profit in the short term, than to become long term holders.
