if you really believe that the uranium price is going to go up strongly ...... then in my opinion junior explorers with leverage to large in-ground resources offer the best leverage to the uranium price.
The problem with juniors is if the uranium price doesn't move quickly then dilution through new share issues / placements can catch you out. With fund managers they are likely to be standing by ready to participate in any such capital raisings.
