We need Delta Airlines Management & Dennis Roach to hold a meeting with all engineers at Boeing including the Independent Engineer and really discuss what is the best way forward without reinventing the ability to "FIND" a crack that has not begun the process!
For example, we human beings are born with "Cancer" within each cell. Now ask any Scientist to find the crack in which cell is about to form the bad cell rejuvenation into a cancerous producing cell within our bodies. In other words, identifying the corrupt cell before it all goes wrong.
