hmmmm- turning a great corporate culture to shit is a lot easier than turning a shit corporate culture back into an engineering excellence culture
for a start - you'd have to totally clean out the top and replace with quality - and then, probably do a lot of training up there before you even begin at the bottom
not so easy - absolutely nowhere near as easy as 'A quick rap over the knuckles for PR purposes and it will be back to business as usual'
business as what you'd like was 'usual' stopped many years ago
