Quickstep Holdings (ASX:QHL) has agreed to purchase Boeing Defence Australia’s aerospace maintenance, repair and overhaul capability through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Quickstep Aerospace Services.It will acquire operating assets plus inventories and certain customer contracts for around $2.64 million.Completion is expected towards the end of 2020 and is subject to Quickstep obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals related to the operation of the facility.The company expects the acquisition will be earnings per share accredative by year 2.

Boeing parts supply continued through the half and negotiations are at an advanced stage on the
establishment of a Long Term Business Agreement between Quickstep and Boeing Defence Australia.

OPERATIONAL HIGHLIGHTS
Quickstep announced the acquisition of the Boeing Australia’s component repair capability based at
Tullamarine on November 13th and initiated the transition process during the reporting period. The
acquisition was successfully completed on February 18th
. A team of highly skilled aerospace employees
transferred and Quickstep has secured relevant ITAR licensing approvals and aviation regulatory approvals
from DASA, CASA and FAA.

29 July 2021: Quickstep Holdings Limited (ASX: QHL) (Quickstep or the Company) has launched a new
vertical focused on unmanned air systems for the global commercial and military market. The recently
established Quickstep Advanced Air Mobility (QAAM) plans to build out this capability over the next 12-18
months.
The Company has, through a subsidiary, signed an agreement to invest $1 million for a minority stake in
Carbonicboats Pty Ltd trading as Carbonix (Carbonix), an Australian company with strong capability in the
design, development, manufacture and operation of next generation unmanned solutions for commercial
and military applications.
