Anyone who has worked in corporate environment and see 1 or 2 idiots get in management, then see them hire people not qualified, who in turn hire less qaulified because they dont want to be shown up on how little they know...this is how the seemingly impossible fall from grace occurs.
it has nothing to do with geographical location or skin colour...every country has a corporation with this story.
