Well written. Indeed, those "several classes of taxpayers..." was totally stupid, policy on the run, and against all sensible policies of taxation ever. Shorten and his dead head Treasurer demonstrated by this single attempt at making a coherent tax policy his enormous ineptitude. It is now dead and buried. Let's hope some better brains that his (not that they would be hard to find) explained a few truths to him after he so stupidly lost the unloseable election for Labor. LNP will romp it in during the next election, too.
