I agree it would be good if we could regulate who breeds and who doesn't. Maybe it would do away with the bitter and twisted perma trolls on this blog.

Who was that politician that gave them the green light to procreate? $5000 per baby and he said there was no way anyone would have a baby because they got paid $5000. Shows you how out of touch with reality that guy was.

I personally know a couple of women who:
1 has 4 children to 3 different fathers and she doesn't look after any of them.

I think adoption would be a great idea. There are lots of people in Australia who are waiting or spending their life savings on invitro and other methods.
