Hmmm ... unpaid fine and matter now with the Sheriff .. bogan will prob get 21 days in jail.

And 'serial crim' Hinch gets 50 days for unpaid $100,000 fine .. clearly Hinch got a soft coz the Judiciary are TOO SOFT on crims these days.

Jail time is meant as punishment, deterrence and rehabilitation and to reduce recidivism.

Hinch is repeatedly demonstrated no remorse for his crimes and has stated his decision to opt for prison was to send a message to the Judiciary.

The hypocrite even had his personal Doctor check him over before surrendering to the Sheriff and no doubt will be held in protected custody (5 star suite thanks) with all the usual prisoner privileges.
