well - 10's of thousands who were on disability pensions happily lived overseas -
they didn't get rent assistance, they didn't use the health services, they didn't use transport supplements - all they did was live overseas in poorer countries where they could have a higher standard of living than they could in expensive Australia
the Liberal party of Australia in it's infinite wisdom - FORCED them to come back and live in Australia -
costing the nation more in payments, costing it a LOAD more in medical care, costing it in transport supplements, housing- the list goes on and on
now of course - guess what's under strain ---------- payments, medical, pharmacy, transport, rentals
