This was courtesy of Greenhawk, courtesy of FAR. It's the best bit of information i have on it, apart from what has been in their previous few announcements, which i usually quote every couple of weeks as people try and take it in another direction.
What is relevant according to FAR:
1. "Trace have a number of problems..."
2. "As a result their PSC is not in good standing..."
3. "... as result we cannot at present complete the farm in."
4. "Trace and the Government will have to work out the problem."
5. "But our agreement to farm in remains firm."
6. "As soon as the PSC is revalidated we will complete the farm in."
