    From what I understand, Digby Wells Environmental were instrumental in securing Boikarabelo Mining Rights, NEMA (environmental approval) and the IWULA (water licence). I would have thought news of the Boikarabelo Power Station being given the green light was fairly significant and certainly worthy of a mention. Maybe RES are waiting until after the 'intention to appeal' period is over?
