It looks like the project funding and Eskom milestones won't be finalised until Transnet stop smoking it hard and commit to a contract.

The approval of the licenses have also being delayed by another quarter.

Bottom drawer stuff again for RES I'm afraid until at least early 2012.

I recknon we might hit the 30's again with this ann over the coming couple of months.
