Last time in Januaary they raised 198,000 dollars only and issued 39 Millions Shares. That is exactly 0.005 per share.
So puting a price of 0.02 now and raising capital is still 400% up. I EXPECT 0.02 cents.
Balance sheet shows no cash at hand. What happened to 1.2 Million they raised from my Freedman. IT DOES NOT SHOW THERE ON BALANCE SHEET. Does it mean Mr. Freedman has agreed to buy 0.02 cents a share upto a Limit of 1.2 Millions Dollars.
(I MAY BE TOTALLY WRONG).
2. So I am in for $5000 if 0.02 cents SPP offer is on plate else I am out.
