    I meant to say I don't think that upfront capex and increasing the mine life will generate significant revenue in NPV terms TO COVER THE HIGH LEVEL OF OVERHEADS.

    A structural change is required... extract value by selling off the Finnish operations, or alternatively flog off Roseby and all the baggage, and move HO to Finland with slimmer back office operations.
