Spent quite a bit of time in Bolivia studying there silver and tin mines back in 2002 under the watchful eye of one of the worlds largest mining giants.. if you want an Australian comparison of what it’s like there, think Australia’s top end like Cairn, Port Douglas and Cook town, Hot and Humid... massive swings in seasons, where some times we were sitting on our hands for periods of 5 to 10 weeks at a time due to rainfall... in saying that they do have a very large reserve of lithium but... processing the material into a product that can be exported in that climate would be a highly risky process. Stable returns and consistency don’t go hand in hand with lithium brine in those climates. Just my 2c.
