although we are getting mixed messages on this from the company, do the die hards still think that a white knight or bank will take the risk of stumping up the cash for construction when this could happen at any time in the future.
having the government on side is one thing but there is always a group of locals that wont benefit from mining that will thwart any attempts unless they get their cut. usually because the environment will suffer and they wont be compensated.
