What I under-estimated was the exuberance of the market to drive the market cap to north of a billion dollars based on encouraging intercepts, but no assays, for Bollinger.
To my way of thinking, EV of around $400m pre Bollinger was a bit underdone, but EV of around $1,000m post initial Bollinger discovery was overdone.
