I for one agree that LNP ppl is a good idea if all other baby bonus and hand out ceased.

PPL is a tax refund.

BTW,You have to pay tax to get a refund, it's not a hand out.

Baby bonus to 2nd and 3rd and current generations of Total Welfare dependents is not helping Australia.

We need people who work and want to achieve a better way of life to breed.

PPL is a tax refund, not a hand out to the unworkable baby factories, that's the difference.

Hence Quality and not quantity.

Disclosure,I am passed having children,so not biased in my thoughts.
