I would be surprised if too many center/right can stomach rewarding Turnbull for his power-hungry treachery and backstabbing with their vote in the coming election...
However, Turnbull seems to have a massive, nation-wide, tax-payer funded, full-spectrum personal propaganda network in the ABC at his beck and call and so I would expect a continual stream of glowing Turnbull puff-pieces, make-overs and adjustments in the Turnbull-as-saviour-of-Australia propaganda message over the coming months...
