I never inferred they should get handouts, nor did i say they're Angelic. Nowadays,most blacks,or white blacks, are a product of us thinking we know best for them.
We've contributed greatly to stuffing them up. Sure there are plenty who milk the system, but it's the system that we seem to think is right for them.
In regards to welfare,handouts,they should be treated exactly the way we are.
Out of guilt, we've spoilt them, and now they know how to drag more out of the system.
i really don't think there are any easy answers.
