Did Bolt lose a friend tonight? Until now Bolt has professed friendship with Abbott.
But friends don't ambush friends. For the whole interview Bolt was trying his damnedest to get Tony to dump on Turnbull. Why would he do do that? Surely he knows that if he invoked a response it would be called treachery. Tony would have been entitled to BARK a response. He didn't. The fact that he copped it sweet says a lot for his character, less for his ability to hold the highest office.
