I hope this guy raises absolute bedlam. It is a national disgrace that toxic securities of this kind were ever allowed to be issued on the ASX.
Ideally government will act to prohibit such securities being issued in future. Next best is the hope that Bolton's actions will cause extreme embarrassment to all responsible entities, in the process alerting the public to the pernicious nature of this rubbish, ensuring that no issue of this type will be a viable proposition on the ASX. Ever!
Bolton a fruitcake? He is at least giving the unfortuante owners of BCS a way out. A long way to being the antithesis of the guys sharpening the knives imo.
