Tony Abbott is both thoughtful and articulate. He writes well and, unlike our fake PM, is capable of writing his own material.

He may not be the super pop star that Kevin Rudd was, but look where all that froth and bubble got Kevin. Knifed and vilified by his own fellow true believers.

Tony will be of the John Howard mould. He will grow into his position and create his own style. He will possess real substance and deliver it in his own distinctive way.

The fact that he is less popular now will end up being his strength. He will have to work hard to curry favour with the people. Something the left wing flappers on this forum fail to have any understanding of.
