Not a fan of BOM but one graphic is a prediction of rainfall in a three month period vs the median and the other is a measure of rainfall for one week.
Unless you provide a graphic that shows actual rainfall for the same period vs the median, as is contained in the first graphic, then there isn't sufficient information to determine if any of the areas that have received rain in this one week period exceeds the three month median or not.
