I rang up friday to query my account as I was charged for several calls in my FREE hour - after the usual voice waffle I eventually got a 'real' voice & part way thru was cut off. Same thing happened the next call. So bash no.3 all at my time & expense & the result being I was credited $6.60 of my overcharged amount, however my minimum monthy charge is $20 & my bill was $25.30.Fair dinkum.
I did discover that it was a lovely day in the Philipines.
I was on bigpond (wireless) but the prices were a joke & am now with optus (wireless) but the service is pathetic although cheaper & allows for twice the download/upload of TLS for less cost.
