Thanks smsl i email lynas last night and said they need to be more transparent and release info like if the ore has or hasnt left and if the import permit has or hasnt been recieved.

I note posters like Primaj said it had and i opposed him, not at his word but that I needed something official to work with.

Now we see Lynas informs the court and SMSL then releases a media statement. They could of thrown that tidbit in there, it would of been something to consider.

i wonder who sold this morning that might of held had they had that bit of official info??
