Apparently this comes from a preprint article published in the Lancet on August 10. I dont have access to the Lancet; others may and it would be useful if a doctor could comment.

All people are different. From my study of what is happening it seems that 30-40% of the population have immune systems which can handle covid19 so they are not even aware that they have it.
