    It seems the opening offer may have been a gambit - 90.1% is now the goal (and probably always has been).

    I don't like that the offer is now 1:9, but the offer still creates more wealth, even at this ratio, for MAK SH's and the benefits to BON holders is the same (although now sweetened).

    Now I can't wait for the negative rampers to say the new offer and extension show how greedy the 3 common directors are and how it "dilutes" MAK even further.
