Most of the options from escrow have exercise prices above 20cents. No one will ever wanna exercise it, so, no dilution. Shares releasing from escrow...Unless the shareholders got the shares at less than 12 cents, why would they wanna sell IDC? I suspect most of them are at a loss. Boosting up the share price and then sell makes more sense. Unless they are in deep need of cash straightaway.
