Your correct trades with the drop in gold potential 11 is seen today (though I don't why pog can impact on non producers to the degree it does). IMO fantastic value given the imminence of drilling news which could produce a re-rating of the stock.
If silver grades continue it will have a profound impact upon operating/production costs and the margins of a future producing operation asset st mt kare, the greater/better margins creates the opportunity to repay capex quickly, derisks the investment and lastly creates generates cash which can be given back to shareholders or utilised to pursue other other opportunities (all of the above is dependent on production mt kare which is some time away). I only make the point to give some indication of the economies of mt kare if production is actualised and ramification of pending bonaza drilling results)
