Nector this may sound silly, but the JV stuff turns me off straight away.

It adds risk in that are the management team at IDC capable of agreeing to terms that will be in the best interests of IDC and it's shareholders.

What's your thoughts on this?

I would have preferred them to get some kind of debt facility for CAPEX but that's very hard to get so second best would be a very large cap raise. Dilution at first, but much better for IDC in the long run especially with that size deposit and those kind of profit margins.

I'm still open to the idea of a JV but would prefer if they went it on their own AKK style.
