Maybe they are waiting for all this CR stuff to settle, and until the final dates are reached for holders to participate in the CR (sorry, cant recall the date).
The GOA shareprice is being so frustrating! Back to 1.8-1.9cents after a raising at 2cents??? Can get them cheaper now albeit without the oppies. If only I had some cash lying around so I could average down a bit more... C'mon GOA!! Give us shareholders something more to cheer about!
