bond conversion price

Seeing I raised the SP destruction from Bonds I have decided to issue my prediction for recent Bond take up conversion price!
Reason? It will cap SP as it has for last few months!!
See if I am wrong??

Last 5 days have been the lowest in last 25 days -

I.E. - Likely Bond Conversion 10.47c

Current SP 11.5 But if Sp can be held at around 11c for next 2 days then Bond Conversion rate will be 9.936! Giving the Bond Issuer a real good opportunity to make at least 12% IN A MONTH! taking price back down to around 10c levels. I hope I am wrong but just wait till CTP announce Bond Conversion rate and see if I am wrong!! Then watch SP go sideways!!
Sorry to LT holders but ST we are in for cap on price once Bonds are converted.. I want to confirm I am a long term believer in CTP but not in love and will come back when I judge SP has potential and I am sure it wont whilst Bonds hang over our heads.. Far better at this stage to drop Bonds and encourage take up of 0ptions.. Great potential here to get capital from tru believers rather than short term Bond suppliers sucking dollars from market to support their short term magnificent gains!!
Now this post is not for personal ego as I may be well proved wrong which I will fully admit..no it is to make other share holders think about these bonds and influence on SP.

I don't wear we need finance from this source as is the usual reply to my posts. Pumping Options far better!!

If the Bonds were placed in Escrow for say 3 months I don't have a problem in that the iSSUER IS GENUINE IN INVESTING IN CTP.. BUT BEING ABLE TO CONVERT AT THEIR LIESURE AND BEING COVERED BY loan SHARES to enable Short Selling will always cap SP no matter what good announcements are made!!
Not down ramping as I really want to have a long term investment in this company but wont whislt Bonds keep getting issued to short term opportunists!!
