Good work on finding the bond listing, what exchange, what code.
I looked a while back and found zip.

On a side note, my take is that bondholders always elect whether to convert or not.
This means once the parity parameters are met, then GDO would be able to pay out the bondholders the bond and accrued interest in cash, however would not be able to force them to convert into ords.
If the deed is written with GDO being able to force into equity then the bondholders should have picked a better solicitor!
The bonds are a distraction for the most part. The real value will be having the company spin the wheels on increasing production.
