Reading through that deed is quite a mission.
I also love how you can't search on terms in the deed!
You may be correct, then again we might not have the right deed. In the deed it states 39.xxx cents, yet the company always states 38c. There is a disconnect somewhere.

If the bondholders wait it out, then we pull cash together in the next two years and pay them out.

If they can dilute down, I'll just buy into the short term weakness that the opportunity provides.
Either way the bondholders leave us in a good position.
