Thanks for the note Marc. Did they discuss the interest rate on the investor calls?
Strictly from a trading perspective: When the original screenshot of the bond terms was posted here, the stock dropped quite precipitously over the two days (two weeks ago); it then rebounded nicely. My reading is that the market now expects the bond raise and is still bullish given the rebound. Hopefully an off-take announcement, or yes, an accretive acquisition announcement (in conjunction with a capital raise, I guess) will give the rerate an extra kick.
