High interest rate but no offtake required. I think this could end up being very smart and lucrative. Gives the team the flexibility to sell both raw and refined product. It also allows them to trade and take opportunities when prices spike in coming years.
Normally financing requires offtake and price is then locked in. This is a much more interesting proposition now.
