A$ is our canary in the coalmine. A$ weakness is not only a result of USD strength. A$ has been hammered all across the board . O/S investors are going for the exit, not boding well for property.
It s been mentioned regularly that a weaker ccy will attract renewed interest from foreign buyers.
Can t see evidency of a buoyant property market in countries with weak and weakening currencies.
I always had my hope on a rusting property market over the tears to come but the probability of a bust is far more likely.
