This threads header seems a direct borrow from a well known newsletter that we have had mentioned here before. Interestingly the topic under discussion there was the threat to the ASX not property.
Lets hope this is not the case though as anyone hoping for the wealth destruction of another person / persons must have a perverse take on life imo.
