He should of done this several years ago, clearly he has huge vision and Entrepreneur skills and from an engineering and technical side he also clearly has great skills but when it comes to running a company.........the track record on some of the decisions made speaks for itself.
Personally I hate engineers running companies as they lack the financial skills required.
I suspect Genting may be behind this, not as they want to take the company over (or though that's always possible) but more to protect their investment.
