imo bnbg holders are in a miserable position. we do not have sufficient funds to battle with the banks (the administrators will blow through most of the available money just writing their creditors report).

also, we are up against (what babcock management claims) subordination trust deed that severely curtails our ability to touch bbipl.

the trust deed is the key. if we can find a hole into bbipl, then, and only then, will the banks come to the table and seriously talk.
