abobo, You have chosen to confuse the Distributorship with Inviro which was signed before Williams joined Chemeq and one of the specific sales contracts struck under that distributorship which occured after he joined.

That I referred to the distributorship as a contract - which of course it was, being the basis for the consequent sales contracts which followed - enabled you to cause a little mischief.

One should remember that the Appeal Determination has yet to be handed down on whether that sales contract could be counted as revenue. The three wise Supreme Court judges have been deliberating for two months so far on a decision which abobo was able to pass judgment on 5 minutes after the hearing was completed.
