IF IFCA had the evidence they were in a position to fund the $60M they would have produced that evidence to the satisfaction of the court at the time of the hearing.
Poor Optimix thinks that IFCA can rock-up at their own convenience and produce evidence as and when they like. Grow up Optimix and face reality.
