There was a report on 9 news about injured kids being shifted from the new hospital on Sydney's northern beaches to other hospitals for various surgery/treatment. In each of the Ambo/bed shots the kids were either holding a green whistle or had it next to them on the bed.
Clearly its adoption in Aus is comprehensive. Its something to be highlighting.
