why not sell the sydney unit...
why not negtiate with the bank....to capitalise the interest
an incredibly small audience on this forum...I doubt you will get any offers...
its a wonder the coal seam gas and other miners have not taken out permits to rip it up, or the neighboring farms, thereby making it, either very expensive, or worthless...

I did a quick google search, it seems its a tourism venture...home stay...
so is the post actually an advertisement....either for the tourism venture, or the sale ...or both..
am sure it will appeal to the bears, as proof of the impending crash in house prices...

do a search for mining in the tenterfield nsw area...a stack of stuff comes up..
seems there is more to this than meets the eye...
