Taking into account all the funds raised over the last 2 months combined with money in the bank I would say that this bond issue is a pretty specific amount.
If you have $40 mill at your disposal why would you raise another mill unless all the rest had been earmarked for the drilling campaign. Dont be suprised if we get the drilling program today.
